Glen Carter brings nearly 30 years of security industry experience to his role as founder of Clear Response Monitoring and the driving force behind Clear Watch. He began his career as an alarm apprentice, progressed through installation, and eventually built infrastructure for some of the industry's largest monitoring centers.

Along the way, he saw the same problem play out at company after company: central stations that treated alarm dealers as account numbers rather than partners, leaving them without the support, responsiveness, or transparency their businesses needed. That frustration became the foundation for Clear Response Monitoring — built on the belief that personal service and cutting-edge technology are not mutually exclusive.

Clear Watch is the natural extension of that vision — a proactive video monitoring division that brings the same dealer-first philosophy to a new generation of surveillance technology.
