Founder

Glen Carter brings nearly 30 years of security industry experience to his role as founder of Clear Response Monitoring and the driving force behind Clear Watch. He began his career as an alarm apprentice, progressed through installation, and eventually built infrastructure for some of the industry's largest monitoring centers.

Along the way, he saw the same problem play out at company after company: central stations that treated alarm dealers as account numbers rather than partners, leaving them without the support, responsiveness, or transparency their businesses needed. That frustration became the foundation for Clear Response Monitoring — built on the belief that personal service and cutting-edge technology are not mutually exclusive.

Clear Watch is the natural extension of that vision — a proactive video monitoring division that brings the same dealer-first philosophy to a new generation of surveillance technology.

Clifford Dice

Co-Founder

Clifford Dice is co-founder of IPtelX and president and CEO of DICE Corporation — one of the leading research and development companies in the security industry. After earning a degree from Northwood University, Dice was challenged in the early 1990s to build a software solution for a security monitoring company that others had tried and failed to deliver. He built it — and that project became the foundation for DICE Corporation in 1992.

Over the past three decades, Dice has created many of the software platforms and tools that power today's largest security companies, spanning alarm monitoring, service management, smart home, and telecom solutions. His commitment to continuous innovation is what brought him to Clear Watch — as a co-founder, Dice ensures that the technology behind Clear Watch never stands still. The same drive that built the industry's infrastructure is now focused on building the future of proactive video monitoring.
