About Clear Watch

Clear Watch is a division of Clear Response Monitoring — a company built on 30+ years of alarm monitoring experience. We exist because cameras alone don't stop crime. Someone has to be watching.

Our Story

The team behind Clear Watch spent decades in the alarm monitoring industry — building central stations, supporting dealer networks, and watching the security industry evolve. And as video became the dominant security technology, we kept seeing the same thing: properties covered in cameras, and incidents still happening. Not because the cameras weren't good. Because no one was watching them in real time.

Clear Watch was built to close that gap. We're not a tech company that added monitoring later. We're a monitoring company that built a video division — staffed by people who understand what it takes to actually stop an incident in progress, not just document it afterward.

As a division of Clear Response Monitoring, Clear Watch inherits the infrastructure, dealer relationships, and operational culture that Clear Response spent 30+ years building — and brings all of it to bear on proactive video surveillance.

What Makes Us Different

Our competitors offer monitoring. We offer something rarer: monitoring from a team that has spent decades treating it as a profession, not a product feature.

We Intervene — We Don’t Just Record
Most camera systems document incidents. Clear Watch operators respond to them in real time — issuing live audio warnings, contacting law enforcement, and maintaining active surveillance until a threat is resolved. The goal is prevention, not documentation.

Monitoring Is Our Core Business — Not a Feature
Clear Watch is not a hardware company that added a monitoring center. We come from monitoring. It's what Clear Response was built on, and it's the foundation Clear Watch was designed around. That difference shows in every operator decision and every client response.

AI-Assisted, Human-Verified
Our platform uses AI video analytics to filter noise and identify genuine threats — but every verified alert is reviewed by a live operator before action is taken. Faster detection. Fewer false alarms. Real response when it counts.

Dealer-Focused From Day One
Clear Response built its reputation on dealer relationships — not call centers, not automated queues. Clear Watch carries that same approach. Your clients get direct access to people who know their accounts, and so do you.

Clear Watch doesn't exist in isolation. As a division of Clear Response Monitoring, we operate under the umbrella of a company with over 30 years in the alarm and monitoring industry — a company that has built its entire reputation on doing right by dealers and their clients.

Clear Response was founded by industry veterans who had seen firsthand how large monitoring centers lose sight of the dealer — and built something different: a dealer-driven central station where personal service isn't a talking point, it's the operating model. Clear Watch inherits that model, that infrastructure, and that culture.

Together, Clear Response and Clear Watch provide dealers a full-spectrum monitoring partnership — from traditional alarm monitoring to cutting-edge proactive video surveillance — all under one relationship.
