Field Tech Event Agent

The Field Tech Event Agent is a mobile app built for installers and field technicians — putting account data, live signal history, test mode controls, and camera access all in one place, right on site.

Every Tool a Technician Needs — Right in Their Pocket

When technicians are on site, every minute matters. The Field Tech Event Agent gives installers and field techs a single mobile experience to troubleshoot, test, and verify systems without calling back to the office or waiting on someone to pull up account information.

With secure role-based access on iOS and Android, technicians can search accounts by number or partial name, view zones, contacts, system configuration, and full event history — and watch live signal history as events occur to verify panels are communicating correctly. When camera access is available, live video feeds display alongside alarm data for added verification right from the app.
